Coaches & Profiles 2009-2010

17U - Sam Shomaker

Sam played four years of Varsity Volleyball for Union High School. She played club volleyball for 4 years and after High School she played for Columbia College, Columbia MO.  She has over 7 years of coaching experience on the club level.

15U - Laura Arand & Randy Brinkman

Randy is the current Middle School coach at Our Lady of Lourdes in Washington, MO and has been for over 10 years. He has one year of  12U club volleyball and one year of 14U club volleyball coaching experience. He has also played Men's club volleyball for 7 years and has played competitive coed volleyball for over 20 years.

Laura played three years of High School volleyball at St. Francis Borgia.  After high school, she played 4 years of college volleyball at Southeast Missouri State University. She has coached various youth and grade school volleyball teams.  This is her 3 year as a club volleyball coach.

15U - Sally Smith

Sally is the current coach at Londell. This is Sally's second year with 4 Rivers Volleyball Club.

14U -Deb Deiner

Deb has played volleyball on the High School, College and Club levels.  She has 15 years of coaching experience on the following levels: 11 years of coaching grade school, 3 years coaching at the High School and 6 years coaching 10U, 12U, 13U and 16U Club Teams.

14U  - Ryan Kuchem and Emily Hahn

Both Ryan and Emily are coaches at Our Lady of Lourdes in Washington, MO

13U - Angie Dewert-Morris and Kevin Morris

Angie played 4 years of High School volleyball at Union High School.  She played 3 years of club volleyball and 2 years at East Central College.  She continues to play competitive women’s and co-ed volleyball leagues.  She is currently the Junior Varsity and Assistant Varsity coach at Union High School. 

Kevin played 3 years High School volleyball at Mehlville High School.  He played 1 year USAV and continues to play competitive co-ed volleyball. 

13U - Sherry Schwoeppe & Becky Hopper

Sherry played three years of volleyball at Washington High School.  She has the following coaching experience: 1 year assistant coach for Junior Jay Grade School program, 1 year assistant coach for 14U club team, 3 years as head coach for 13U and 14U club team, and 2 years as Junior Varsity coach at St. Francis Borgia Regional High School.

Becky played four years of volleyball at Union High School.  She continues to play on coed recreational teams.  This will be her 4th year as an assistant coach on the club level.

12U- CJ Steiger 

CJ has 8 years experience as Club coach for several age groups. USAV Men's player since 1997 and 3 years experience as Middle School coach.

12U - Kelsey Pickard and Haley Shomaker

Kelsey and Hayley’s team will consist of the following;

Kelsey has played 5 years club, 2 years High School and assistant 12U coach last year
